• Organization and Process: sustainability opportunity report driven by key stakeholders within the organization in order to demonstrate how IT can streamline their operations in the long run. The output will facilitate strategy and budget discussions; and are an excellent basis for building longer term sustainability actions and plans
• Systems re-engineering: cohesive planning for long term sustainability actions taking into account the longer term initiatives for changes in business process and IT functions as defined in the previous phase
